Refunds
Refunds and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to request that customers return their product(s) before a refund is issued. In some cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. In the event of a return or refund, we do not refund the cost of shipping or Corso shipping protection.
Lost Orders
We encourage customers to purchase Corso shipping protection in the event that an order is lost or damaged in transit. If your order has been marked delivered and you have not received it, please reach out to us within 30 days.

We stand behind the quality of our products. Please inspect your order within 30 days of delivery and contact us immediately if the order is incorrect, defective, or damaged. We've got you covered.
Subscription Policy
Subscription orders must be canceled before they have shipped. If you cancel your subscription order after it has shipped, you can return it, unopened, in its original condition, within 30 days of the date you received it, and receive a refund, less the cost of shipping.
